SIL Housing

Supported living with daily structure, independence, and community access.

Our Supported Independent Living service helps participants build routines, share a home safely, and receive the practical support they need day to day.

What SIL can include

  • Daily living support, personal care, meal preparation, and household routines.
  • Skill building for independence, communication, decision making, and social participation.
  • Community access for appointments, shopping, recreation, and relationship building.
  • Support coordination with families, guardians, clinicians, and behaviour support teams where required.

Matching support to the person

Good SIL depends on the right environment, housemate compatibility, support ratios, and predictable routines. We work through those details before support begins so the home can feel stable, respectful, and practical.
