Refer a participant for support, respite, housing, activities, or travel.

Participants, families, guardians, support coordinators, and providers can contact us to discuss service fit, availability, and the information needed to progress a referral.

Referral information to include

  • Participant name, age, contact details, and preferred communication method.
  • The service requested, including SIL, respite, outdoor activities, holidays, or travel.
  • Current support needs, funding details, key risks, and relevant health or behaviour support information.
  • Preferred start date, location, support ratios, and the best contact for follow-up.

What happens next

After we receive the enquiry, we review suitability and availability, then contact the nominated person to clarify support needs and next steps.
